Insurance coverage is optional unless specifically requested and confirmed at the time of booking. Customers are advised to insure high-value shipments separately. Claims will be processed only if valid insurance coverage has been purchased.
All claims for loss, damage, or shortage must be reported within the stipulated timeframe from the date of delivery or expected delivery. Claims submitted after the deadline may not be entertained. Supporting documents such as invoice, proof of value, and shipment details may be required.
Shipments may be classified as undeliverable due to incorrect address, recipient unavailability, refusal to accept, or lack of proper contact information. Such shipments may be returned to the sender at applicable charges.
All charges must be paid as per agreed billing terms. We reserve the right to hold or delay shipments in case of pending payments. Additional charges such as storage, return, or re-delivery may apply where applicable.
We shall not be liable for delays or failure in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, political disturbances, or government actions.
We provide shipment tracking facilities for customer convenience. While we strive for accuracy, tracking updates may sometimes be delayed or unavailable due to technical or operational reasons.
Customer information provided during shipment booking will be used solely for service execution, communication, and compliance purposes. We do not sell or misuse customer data and follow applicable data protection practices.
